The Revamped 2014 Mazda CX-5 with SkyActiv is Ready for Action

Mazda has been working diligently for decades trying to rebuild the vehicle and they way we drive it. When the no-compromise Mazda CX-5 wasn’t delivering as much power as drivers needed while maintaining a solid fuel economy, the automaker went back to the drawing board to make the 2014 Mazda CX-5 with SkyActiv better than ever. Already making headlines for its improved performance, the vehicle has our team at IPAC Auto proud and anticipating what more Mazda has up its sleeves for new Mazda in San Antonio TX.

SkyActiv is Mazda’s revolutionary suite of fuel-saving technology that hasn’t left driver’s minds since it first launched. The 2014 Mazda CX-5 is available with SkyActiv-G 2.0-liter engine and the the SkyActiv-G 2.5-liter engine. The smaller engine can produce up to 155 horsepower and 150 lb-ft of torque. Using 15 percent less fuel, the engine is the most fuel-efficient SUV on the market reaching up to 35 mpg hwy.
